1. Informational Purposes Only
FreedomOps is a personal financial organization and information tool. All content, calculations, analyses, projections, recommendations, and reports provided through the Service—including AI-generated output—are for general informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, accounting, legal, or credit-repair advice, and should not be relied upon as such.
2. Not a Regulated Financial Entity
myFreedomOps LLC is not a bank, credit union, lender, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, financial planner, tax preparer, or credit-repair organization. Nothing in the Service creates a fiduciary, advisory, or professional relationship. We do not recommend specific securities, investments, lenders, or credit products as suitable for you.
3. Estimates and Assumptions
Features including but not limited to debt snowball/avalanche plans, debt-consolidation scenarios, payoff forecasts, interest analyses, credit-score simulations, net-worth and cash-flow figures, savings and retirement projections, and military calculators (LES parsing, TSP analysis, BAH tracking, retirement and promotion-pay estimators, PCS budgeting) are estimates based on the data you provide and general assumptions. They may be inaccurate or differ materially from actual outcomes. Credit-score simulations are not provided by, or guaranteed to match, any credit bureau or lender.
4. AI Output Limitations
Some features use artificial intelligence to generate analyses and recommendations. AI Output may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect ("hallucinations"), and is generated without knowledge of your full circumstances. Always verify AI Output independently and consult a qualified professional before acting.
5. Military and Government Information
FreedomOps is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by the U.S. Department of Defense, any military branch, the Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS), the Thrift Savings Plan / Federal Retirement Thrift Investment Board, or any government agency. Pay tables, BAH rates, TSP rules, and benefits change; figures shown may be out of date. Verify all military pay and benefit information with official sources (DFAS, myPay, and official .mil resources).
6. Third-Party Data
FreedomOps does not connect to your bank. Account and transaction data is whatever you enter or import, so its accuracy depends on your own records. Reference data we publish (military pay tables, BAH rates, VA compensation rates) is sourced from the issuing agency and carries an effective date; verify it against the official source before relying on it.
7. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee debt elimination, credit-score improvement, savings outcomes, or any financial result. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your own decisions and market conditions.
8. Your Responsibility
You are solely responsible for your financial decisions. Before making decisions, consult a licensed financial adviser, tax professional, attorney, or other qualified expert appropriate to your situation.
9. VA Disability, Medical Discharge, and Veterans Benefits
The Service includes tools that estimate VA disability compensation, combine disability ratings, and model the financial outcome of a medical separation or disability (Chapter 61) retirement. These are estimates and educational illustrations only.
- We do not determine, predict, or influence any rating. Only the Department of Veterans Affairs can assign a VA disability rating, and only your service's disability evaluation system can assign a DoD disability rating. Any figure produced by the Service assumes a rating you supply; it is not a forecast of what you will receive.
- We do not provide claims assistance and are not an accredited representative. myFreedomOps LLC is not accredited by the VA to prepare, present, or prosecute claims. For help with a claim, use a VA-accredited Veterans Service Officer or attorney — accredited VSOs assist at no cost.
- Compensation rates change. VA rates are adjusted annually, normally effective December 1. The Service displays the effective date of the rate table in use. Verify current rates at va.gov before relying on any figure.
- Eligibility rules are simplified. Concurrent receipt (CRDP), Combat-Related Special Compensation (CRSC), severance recoupment, TDRL re-evaluation, and state-level benefits involve conditions and exceptions the Service does not fully model. Outputs may not reflect your circumstances.
- Tax treatment is general. VA disability compensation is generally not taxable and military retired pay generally is, but individual tax treatment varies. Consult a tax professional.
